  • Managed annual budget of more than $150,000.
  • Recruited, hired, and supervised a diverse staff of more than 75.
  • Collaborated with Development Office to secure thousands of dollars worth of grants and contributions.
  • Successfully teamed with Marketing Department to increase visibility of programs.

Kids to College and Summer of Discovery Instructor/Administrator       1988-2000

Created and taught innovative courses such as “Biology for the New Millennium” and launched a new summer program that exceeded capacity.
